All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
To confirm your booking, an advance payment (as specified in your package) must be made.
Full payment must be cleared before the commencement of travel.
Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
Cancellations must be informed in writing (email/WhatsApp).
Cancellation charges apply as per the supplier’s (hotel, airline, transport) policy.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–15 working days after deduction of applicable charges.
No refund for “no-show” or unused services.
Travelers must carry valid government ID, passport, visas, permits, and other required documents.
My Travel Routers is not responsible for delays, denial of boarding, or cancellation due to incomplete/invalid documents.
The company reserves the right to alter itineraries due to weather conditions, political disturbances, strikes, or any unforeseen situations.
Any additional expenses due to natural calamities, medical emergencies, or changes in government rules will be borne by the traveler.
My Travel Routers acts as an agent between travelers and hotels, airlines, transporters, and other service providers.
We are not liable for any loss, injury, accident, or delay caused by third-party service providers.
Travelers are advised to take personal travel insurance for safety.
All disputes will be subject to Shimla (Himachal Pradesh) jurisdiction only.
